It is not too late to get your tickets for the Bakersfield "Africa Rising" Banquet, Tuesday August 21st. We are expecting a full house, so do not wait. The program is actually starting Friday morning with a no host breakfast at 7am at Hodel's Buffett (this is for leaders who want to ask questions about what is going on in North Africa and the Middle East).
